Classic Car Watch
Just A Bunch Of Cars
November 1, 2008
By Scott Lewis
This month I am not following any pattern. I have been doing that for the last few months. Here I am just going to put in all the cars I have not used over the last few months. Most of these cars were found in the July to September time frame. It would be too long before I could find a commonality among them so I just list them here with no connection.

Comments: I was stunned when I came across a nice
looking 69 Camaro for under $20K. I just have to use it.
1972 Plymouth Road Runner - $13,995
Description: Road Runner trim, 383 engine, excellent body and paint, mint interior. This is a fast car being sold at a great value.
Source: Premium Motors
Found: 9/27/2008
Comments: This is a case of how color can effect the price of a car. This car would have done excellent in my Muscle Car list a couple months ago. I think the price of this car is so low because of the color. It sucks. If this were Hemi Orange or Plum Crazy it would e priced about 10 grand higher. I can say for sure without a personal inspection, but that's the way it looks to me. So if you are on a tight budget think odd-ball colors.
1966 Ford Mustang - $8,500
Description: Strong running 289CI "C" code engine. Dual exhaust. Automatic transmission. Power steering. Good interior. A great driving car.
Source: Premium Motors
Found: 7/20/2008
Comments: Now this is a nice looking Mustang at a very affordable price. I could see this being the car that my son and I can use as a project car that we would share for driving when he gets of age.
1971 Pontiac Firebird - $12,900
Description: This Was A Documented One Owner Car
When I Purchased it in 2005. I Sold It to a Friend Of Mine Who is a
Private Collector. He Put Less Than 200 Miles On It In Three Years and I
Just Purchased It Back. It Is A Very Nice Honest, Original Car. Gorgeous
Nordic Silver ( Repainted a Few Years Ago ) with Black Vinyl Top and
Black Interior. Matching Numbers 350 Cubic Inch V-8 with Automatic
Transmission. Factory Air Conditioning Blows Cold. Power Disc Brakes and
Power Steering. Factory AM with Factory 8-Track Stereo That Still Works.
Even the Cigarette Lighter Works. Rare PMD Center Caps. Radial
Whitewalls. Very Clean Throughout. Runs Excellent and Is A Pleasure to
Drive.

Comments: Is this a real SS? Something tells me no. They didn't have a description on this car when I saw it, but I like it from the pictures alone. If I was local I would check this out.. Plus blue is my favorite color.
1971 Dodge Demon - $13,900
Description: This is a good looking Demon. The body is solid with nice purple paint and the interior is in great shape with new carpet and seat covers. It runs nicely with a solid 318 V8 and an automatic transmission. It comes equipped with Rally wheels, factory A/C and a radio. The color combination looks very good and this would make a great car to cruise for the summertime. So if you're looking for a car that you rarely see for a great price, look no further because this Demon is for you.
